| Cattle and Horse Program - Basically, the Ranch is, and has always been, an operating cattle and horse ranch. When you become an "Undivided Interest" owner in the Ranch, you actually own a percentage share of the cattle and horse herd. |
|
 |
| Cattle and Horse Program - All Dutch Joe Ranch-owned pastures are fenced with
horizontal log railing. 13.85-miles of this type of fencing has been built on
the Dutch Joe Ranch, requiring approximately 30,000, 16-ft. logs for its
construction. |

| Barn Multi-Purpose Training Facility - 208’
wide x 360’ long (74,880 sq. ft.) completely enclosed and insulated,
all-weather multi-purpose barn building. It can hold up to 100 horses within
the inside stalls. Inside, there is a 120’ x 288’ 6-inch deep sanded training
event arena, with roping chutes and round training arena. This adaptable
building can be used to house large groups for many types of Ranch services
or events. The 6-inches of sand in the training arena can be temporarily
removed for events that do not require a sand floor. IN THE EVENT OF A NATURAL OR NATIONAL EMERGENCY, THE MULTI-PURPOSE BARN CAN TEMPORARILY HOUSE HUNDREDS OF FAMILIES. |

Tours and Hayrides - Hayride
Event! Labor Day, 2008. 40’-hay wagon holds quite a few people. One of the
Ranch cowboys entertained the guests by playing music on his guitar. The
Mogollon Mountain Ranch is a 320-acre beautiful, fully timbered property owned by a sister company. It is just 3-air miles due west of the Dutch Joe Ranch, but
it takes 9-miles of road to get there. This trip is worth it – the
scenery is fantastically beautiful. |
 |
|
New Carriages - New Replica Carriage with top folded down. This beautifully detailed white carriage has hydraulic
brakes to meet current safety standards. The Ranch has available for use numerous other variations of carriages, including a "wedding", a hearse and other touring varieties. |
 |
|
Tours and Trailrides - Tours
and trail rides can be conducted either within the nearby thousands of acres
of pristine U.S. Forest lands, under approval or permit by the U.S. Forest
Service, or can be conducted within approved areas of the Ranch. Ranch horses
or the Ranch fleet of 6-wheel drive ATV’s, or horse or mule-pulled wagons can
be used for these tours or trail rides. Horse and buggy trails are designed to be separate from each other. |

| Buggies, Wagons, and Western Artifacts Showcase - The Ranch CEO and Managing Member, Richard E. Bunger
(REB), can make available his personal collection of antiques, buggies, wagons, stagecoaches and his collection of western art,
artifacts and antique automobiles, for display and use by the Dutch Joe
Ranch. |
|
 |
| Buggies, Wagons, and Western Artifacts Showcase - The
REB collection includes thousands of antique western artifacts and
art that can be used to decorate and define future bar, restaurant and Ranch
buildings. |

Wildfire Suppression - This
4-wheel drive rig is equipped with two large water cannons and 1” 100’ long
reel-type high-pressure hoses which are mounted on both sides. Together with
1,000 gallons of water and foam capability, it is a formidable offensive
wildfire fighting apparatus. Its large flotation type tires will allow the
4-wheel drive rig to get virtually anywhere on the Ranch through mud or snow. |

| Off-Grid Power - Dutch Joe Ranch enjoys total "off-grid" independence from utility companies. Electrical power is produced via a network of solar panels and some wind power with backup generators. This 15,000-watt system provides power to 7 ranch houses. |
|
 |
| Communications and Water Storage Tanks - Cell phone and Internet services are available through a
Ranch-owned private tower. Internet and television are available via satellite systems. Well water is stored for domestic use. Disinfection is accomplished by an ultra-violet light system, thereby avoiding chlorination. |

Bunger Family Compound Concept - The family compound concept is to build individual family houses
in a semi-circle around a central Ramada, which is the family activity center. Each house is private, but everyone
meets at the Ramada. |
 |
|
Family Compound Concept - As a design concept, each house has a large front porch and from 2,000 or up to 6,500-square feet
of livable space. The objective is to create a
“sanctuary” and to foster current and
future family togetherness and unity. The Bunger family concept, on their 36 acre site, is set up as a trust that family members, and their descendants, may use or build on, but the property cannot be sold. It must be held for future generations use. |

| Wildlife - Bull Elk – Elk are often found on the Ranch. They like the nutritious and plentiful grass and fresh
clean lake water. Photo taken at south edge of Ranch. |
|
 |
| Wildlife - Bald Eagle – The six Dutch
Joe Lakes are a favorite bird feeding area. Besides Bald Eagles, numerous
other birds harvest the fish. They harvest a lot of our fish – but it’s
worth it! |
