Equestrian Ranchstead Privileges
The Ranchsteads marked with an asterisk on both the west and east side of Shady Hollow Creek are allowed to build and operate horse stalls and runs within the Outer Periphery line of the Ranchstead Area for not to exceed 4 horses. All stalls and open runs shall be on the side of the Ranchstead facing Shady Hollow Creek. (See "Shady Hollow Equestrian Ranchstead," examples "A" and "B" for design guidelines.) Horse stalls, fences and gates of the horse stalls are to be built of materials and in styles that are not contradictive to the styles, appearance and materials approved for the Ranchhouse. All drawings must be submitted for review and approval by the Architectural Review Committee. The Design and Operation of the Equine Facilities must comply with "Best Management Practices" as determined by the Architectural Review Committee.
